The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) requires all tax preparers to create, implement, and maintain a data security privacy plan to protect customer data from hacking, breach, and potential loss. This webinar will provide participants with an overview of various IRS publications related to data privacy, their expectations, and the potential impact on the tax preparer's business operations.  

Participants will earn 1.0 CE credit at the end of this session. To earn credit, participants must answer three of four probing questions asked during the program.
