COURSE DESCRIPTION

This live, interactive session guides participants through a real-time six-dimensional AI readiness self-assessment. Each participant evaluates their own function across governance, policy, staff capability, tool adoption, risk framework, and alignment with professional standards. The session concludes with a clear explanation of what a scored baseline looks like, what it reveals, and the recommended next steps. Participants leave with their personal score and a prioritized gap list.
