Efficient Advice, LLC strives to keep our customers satisfied by offering quality professional service and competitive pricing. Our return, cancelation and refund policies are consistent in maintaining the best value and highest service level for all of our customers. Services are delivered in a professional manner and consistent with industry standards. These guidelines must be followed when requesting a cancelation, refund or return. Refunds Policy
Payment Policy
Cancelations & Return Policy
Customers can request a store credit for any cancelations/returns request up to 30 calendar days prior to the commencement of The Project. An administrative fee of 50% of the total quoted price will be due if cancellation occurs after this time. The customer shall notify Efficient Advice, LLC of any cancellation, or intent to reschedule by contacting us at info@efficientadvance.com. A 10% cancellation fee applies to all cancellation requests, regardless of when they happen. If Efficient Advice, LLC needs to cancel The Project for any reason, we will communicate via email as soon as we are aware of the need to cancel.

Refunds Policy
Full refund requests will be honored as long as they are received and approved by Efficient Advice, LLC, up to 30 calendar days prior to The Project’s delivery date. Refund requests received within 20 calendar days before The Project’s delivery date, are eligible for a 50% refund. No refund can be offered for any cancelation within 10 calendar days of The Project’s delivery date. Refunds are subject to a 10% administrative fee.

General Payment Policy
Service fees will be invoiced shortly after signed and approved proposals are received. Fees must be paid within 30 calendar days of the invoice date. If your credit card or account cannot be verified, or is invalid, or is not otherwise acceptable, your order may be suspended or canceled automatically.

Modification Policy
Any modifications to the agreed-upon project proposal must be approved in writing at least two weeks prior to The Project delivery date.

Written Information Security Policy (WISP) Terms and Conditions

Efficient Advice, LLC agrees to:

Deliver a comprehensive Written Information Security Plan.

Identify and document a risk assessment applicable to your business and industry.

Document an incident response plan.
-
Offer certified training approved by the IRS.

Create security policies and procedures to help you secure your business.

Give you access to a consultant to address your questions about your documented plan.

Create a communication plan to know who to contact in response to a data breach.

Share recommendations and best practices to help you improve your processes.
Except for any specific information about your company, all other content developed for this plan, remains the intellectual property of Efficient Advice, LLC, to be used only under our explicit approval and/or supervision.
The Customer agrees to:

Fully review these Terms and Conditions, Payment and Return Policy, Customer Agreement, and any other policies, procedures, and recommendations in accordance with this project.

Access, complete, and return the surveys needed to gather the information for your WISP.

Give us access to your designed resources who can answer our questions.

Complete and return the risk assessment document to be sent after signing this proposal.

Send us a copy of your company logo and a high-level description of your organization.

Give us access to the team members you selected for training.

Give us your signature on the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), which is available for download.

Give us your signature on the Project Closure Letter at the end of the project.

Share a brief testimony at the end of the process, describing your customer’s experience.

Written Information Security Policy (WISP) Payment, Refund and Cancelation Policy

The consulting fees associated with WISP projects must be paid when submitting the online WISP Order Form.

Services paid and not delivered can be canceled/returned up to 30 calendar days before the engagement commencement.

Customers can request a service credit for any cancelations/return requests up to 30 calendar days from the expected service delivery date.

At management’s discretion, a 10% cancellation fee will be applied to all cancellation requests regardless of when it is requested.

Payments and credits not used within 6 months will be considered forfeited and non-refundable.

Policies Changes
We reserve the right to make changes to our policies, terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website.
